Whale Aquasource Clear Disposable Water Filters – 15mm Inlet/Outlet
Whale Aquasource Clear Disposable Filters give a refreshing taste to the water you drink by removing unpleasant smells and particles. The Aquasource filters are not bacterial filters.
Its longer length (30 centimetres) means that water is better filtered through longer contact with the silver activated carbon. Its slim and compact size allows it to be mounted in confined spaces.
Supplied with Whale Quick Connect Stems allows for quick and easy mounting to existing Whale plumbing systems.
Maximum pressure: 4 bar.
Supplied with 15 millimetre nipples and mount bracket.

- Can be used with 13mm bore flexible hose and hose clamps (not included)
Whale has designed the filter to last one season or 4500 litres and recommends that the filter be replaced after this period.

Boat Hut Insight
While these filters are excellent at improving taste and removing unpleasant particles, remember they are not designed to remove bacteria. If you are cruising in remote areas or relying on uncertain water sources, consider pairing this filter with a dedicated bacterial or UV purifier for complete water safety.
Also, the 4500 litre lifespan is a good benchmark, but actual life can vary depending on water quality—if your water tastes off or flow slows, it’s time for a replacement. Keep a spare filter onboard to avoid surprises during extended trips.
