Choosing the Right Caravan Water Pump

Water pressure: Check the pressure required by your taps, showers or toilets when choosing a pump, and make sure you don’t use a 70 PSI washdown pump when you only require approximately 40 PSI for general water service.
Voltage: Check that the pump is compatible with your caravan’s electrical system and uses the correct voltage, such as 12V or 24V.
Priming: Priming: Check how the pump needs to be primed, especially if it is situated above the water source, as you may need a self-priming pump to lift water up. Not all pumps are self-priming.
