This thermostat is made for various Mercruiser sterndrive applications with standard cooling systems.
FITS
- 60/80/110/120 HP with aluminium exhaust manifolds
- 120 HP (SN 2324346 and below) with cast iron exhaust manifolds
- 140/150/160 HP In‑line 6-Cylinder engines
- GM V‑6 & V‑8 engines (up to 1995) with 2 pc. thermostat housings and Ford V‑8 engines
For removal of non-functioning thermostat and replacement of new thermostat, see your owner’s manual.
The proper engine cooling temperature assures peak performance and highest efficiency.
This is designed to meet original equipment manufacturer specifications to maximize the performance of Mercury and Mariner outboard or Mercruiser stern drive.
