This Hydrive Hydraulic Steering Bleed Kit is designed to make topping up and bleeding Hydrive systems cleaner, quicker and far more controlled.

This kit is consists of a squeeze bottle, hose, and bleed nipple.
The kit features a screw-on base that threads directly onto a Hydrive Ultra 15 hydraulic oil bottle, creating a sealed connection between the oil supply and your steering system.
It is used to top up the Hydrive hydraulic fluid in a system by pouring it into the top of the helm unit.
A 150mm hose with integrated bleed nipple then connects straight onto the steering bleed point, allowing air to be purged while fresh oil is fed through the system: no spills.
Also included is a 450mm extension hose, giving you extra reach when access is tight or when the oil bottle needs to be positioned away from the helm.
This added flexibility makes the kit ideal for installations where space is limited or steering components are difficult to access.
Suitable for:
101, 102, 401, 402, 500 and 501 Hydrive helm units. (These are usually found on the Hydrive Admiral and Commander range of kits).
Always use Hydrive hydraulic fluid as some hydraulic fluids can damage seals.
Do not overfill as there needs to room for expansion – refer to Hydrive Instructions for more detailed information.
For use for small top ups of Hydrive hydraulic fluid all the way up to full system installs and filling the hydraulic steering system for the first time.
