Mounting Options
Two-sided, self-adhesive mounting pads included.
The reversible bracket allows a mounting range of over 300 degrees, from overhead, through angled and vertical mounts to horizontal surfaces.
These mounting position options and your choice of mounting hardware permit mounting on everything from windscreen or supporting frame structures, to slanted dashboards and consoles, to almost any flat, angled or vertical surface.

When selecting a mounting position, ensure the compass is easy to read and positioned away from sources of magnetic interference, including speakers, wiring, electric motors, tools and ferrous fittings.

The compact size and reversible bracket make this compass particularly useful where dashboard space is limited. However, the best mounting position is not always the most convenient one—fit it where the lubber line is easy to sight and the compass remains level when the boat is underway. A few minutes spent checking for magnetic interference before fixing it permanently can save plenty of head-scratching later.
