AQUA BUFF 2000 Polish/Gelcoat Restorer, 7.6L/2 Gallon / SAW-321304
- This is used to remove scratches and oxidation from FRP parts, metal and painted surfaces. Also suitable to clean and polish composite patterns, plugs and product moulds.
- Environmentally friendly, made from tallows and natural grits.
- Does not contain solvents, waxes or polymers that obscure the true surface.
- Naturally cools the surface as it is polished, preventing burn-through and distortion.
- Economical, easy to use and produces superior results.
- Sold in a 2 gallon (7.6 litre) bucket.
APPLICATION
- Spread the compound in the surface to be compounded with a brush or cloth, several square feet at a time–using one-half the normal amount–and mist the surface with water.
- Immediately machine buff with a clean, damp lamb’s wool-type pad.
- Repeat the process to eliminate scratches from exceptionally hard surfaces. (Or if you haven’t done so, first use or 1000 Fast-Cut Compound).
- Should the compound become dry while being buffed, re-wet again by misting the surface with water.
- NOTE: For best results, use machine buffers that generate at least 2500 rpm for Aqua-Buff products.
